India is the second-biggest wheat producer country in the world.

Govt. Officials said, India exported around 3 MMT of wheat from 1 April 2022 to 14 June 2022. During the same period, 259 KMT wheat flour has been exported. In FY 2021/22 and 2020/21, India exported approximately same amount of wheat i.e. 275 KMT in first eight months of the year.

India exports of wheat flour for the month of April was 95 KMT compared to same time last year when it just exported 26 KMT.
